A Building

Hello people, on this publication I am going to write about the "Chinquigue Regional Stadium" on Puerto Montt, a southern city on Chile.

I like this building because is so beautiful and their appearance, being modern, don' t contrast with the natural landscape of Puerto Montt.

Besides, it is constructed at the seashore, then, when we stay inside of the stadium, the structure allow that we can see the Pacific Ocean and feel their breeze, while we enjoy a soccer game or another sport competition.

This stadium design by "Cristián Fernandez Arquitectos" was obtained the #6th position of the "Stadium of the year" (organized by stadiumDB.com) at 2014.

I read about this building one day of this year,  surfing on internet, specifically on Plataforma Arquitectura, with my brother, who like so, so much the soccer.

All people of Puerto Montt was celebrated the remodelation of this stadium at 2013.

This building didn' t have any impact on the Puerto Montt architecture because it is located on the outskirts of the city.

Thus, Chinquihue is blend in with the sourronding landscape without affect them, and is blend it with the city through a paving road.

But the most important, undoubtedly, is that the same stadium allow, staying inside, apreciate the sea and the beautiful view, traditional of the chilean south.
